And then there was light!

After completing the Berlin-Copenhagen bike-tour I figured it would be time to up my bike with a new light. I used to just have one of those that you could stick onto your bike and then it would run on batteries, but now I'm running the 60 Lux B&M Lumotec IQ Cyo on a shimano dynamo hub.

A standard halogen bikelight emits about 10 Lux while this one right here pumps out 60. This is really going to brighten my trips!

It retails for around 50€s here in Germany and can be had at basically any well assorted bike-store.

  1. Cycling at night can be creepy as fuck without a light.

It's a great investment if you do some night riding.

  5. That's a good price for the light. I would expect to pay more for such a high quality bike accessory.
